Which sign-in methods are available?

The current app release offers:
- Continue with Google on supported Android and iOS devices.
- Sign in with Apple on iOS when Apple's native sign-in service is available.
Phone-number/OTP sign-in is currently hidden as part of a phased rollout. The absence of a phone-number field is intentional and is not a loading error.
